Unfortunately there's just not enough staff. It's really sad this place used to be so busy they'd have 2 people working each window. The employees knew their customers too. Nowyou have a young (seemingly newer) employee teaching another new employee how to do things and that's how it should be but maybe not close down the 2nd window. We waited for 10 minutes just to find out they didn't have what we came for.
Swiss Farms is a convenient store to visit but the prices are so high. It's a 10% extra charge on top of inflation. Swiss Farms just seems a little disparate for business with the lettering on the sign (Provided In My Posted Pictures). Just lower your prices to normal inflation prices. I believe Swiss Farms has a gallon of milk over $6.00. No other store has a gallon of milk even hitting $6.00! The staff members are great btw
I appreciate the convenience and choices that Swiss Farms offers. I’ve never had bad service. I recommend stopping by a Swiss Farms.
Employees are nice, and you can get what you need quickly. Very nice design, love the barn look. Great service, but traffic is pretty bad because your getting off of two major roads, being Saxer Ave and Baltimore Pike
